So how did I get HERE?!

My name is Amy Reed.
I remember the day I decided to prioritize my mental & physical health: January 2, 2015.

I was 29 years old and I physically felt a jolt in my shoulder. It literally hit me. I'm miserable. I'm not living or moving in a manner that is aligned with who I am truly am and who I say I want to be. I spent the next 29 days partaking in Dry January and slowly learning how to run, giving myself the goal of competing in the Special Olympics Delaware 5k at the end of the month. I ran that race and never looked back.

I fell in love with movement. With health. I feel better now at 39 than I did at 25. Aside from being strong, strength training has taught me discipline, motivation, patience, and so much more. Physical health IS mental health as well.
You don't have to wake up with or walk around with aches and pains. You can wake up and feel good. You can feel energized during the day. You can feel calm at night. Just moving impacts and improves so many areas of your life!​

All this brought me to LIFT Coaching: a place for you to "Live Inspired, Find Transformation." And I'm here to help you live a stronger and healthier life.
